This hand-made deli meat is created in small batches by local, artisan deli meat producer, Continental Sausage using locally sourced ingredients from Fraser Valley farms. Led by two German master sausage makers (Meisters) they use traditional European recipes and processes to handcraft fresh, authentic, high-quality artisan-made products.
Hillcrest is White Rock’s only, and therefore best deli! You can pre-order your deli meat online and we will have it packaged and ready for pick up the very next day OR visit us in-store and we will slice it to order! You can also try our fine-deli meats in a delicious fresh-made sandwich at our custom sandwich station 7-days a week!
